The bi-quarterly journal of African-Asian Relations is one of the journals of Tarbiat Modares University, which is published under the scientific responsibility of the editor and editorial board.
This journal was published under the title of African Research Journal based on license number 889/124 dated 2008/05/26 of the General Directorate of Internal Press of the Ministry of Culture and Islamic Guidance; which has been republished since 2010 after changing the title to the bi-quarterly journal "Africa-Asian Relations".
This journal aims to publish creative and outstanding scientific articles and achievements in the fields of political economy, socio-cultural issues, geopolitics, historical trends and events, areas of cooperation and conflict between the governments and societies of the two continents of Africa and Asia, and seeks to promote knowledge in the fields of study of these two continents, and also welcomes the acceptance of interdisciplinary scientific works and research.

Objectives and Scope of the Journal
The aim of publishing these two quarterly journals is to publish pure scientific and research articles in order to expand epistemology about the African continent and the relations between the two continents of Africa and Asia, which are the result of original research using scientific methods and preferably first-hand documents. At the same time, the two quarterly journals of Africa-Asia Relations seek to produce science and present the latest scientific findings in the field of political economy, socio-cultural issues, geopolitics, historical trends and events, areas of cooperation and conflict between the governments and societies of the two continents of Africa and Asia to experts, academic users and relevant executives.

Article Review Policy
The process of reviewing articles in the two quarterly journals of Africa-Asia Relations is anonymous, in which the names of the referees are and will remain anonymous to the author and the author to the referee. The submitted articles are reviewed structurally and thematically to align with the principles of these two quarterly journals. The article is then reviewed by two expert reviewers (other than the editorial staff) who are selected by the board based on their expertise.

These two journals are an open access journal, meaning that all content is available free of charge to the user or their institution.
